How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $4.99. We currently ship within the United States.
How soon will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
Easy 30-day returns. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery; items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging. Email us with your order number and we’ll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Sale items and gift cards are final sale. See the full Refund and Returns Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at airalove@airalove.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Contact us as quickly as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, gift wrapping is available, and every piece ships in an AIRALOVE gift box.
